A little about Family Coast Support

In October 2016 we opened our doors at the Berkeley Vale Community Program Centre, on the Central Coast, we have grown to a team of 36 staff providing access and support to children and adults, eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Our aim is to achieve outcomes for our clients so they can enjoy access to their community and other services. Our staff really care about helping clients to reach their goals and full potential, by leading lives
with quality and purpose.

Once you decide on your support and services, we will do an intake with you and a service agreement. We will help navigate services for you.

We will work with you to develop an individual personalised plan that outlines strategies, services and support to achieve your individual goals.

Daily Programs
