How the FCS Support Team help you.
Firstly in order to qualify you must have an NDIS Package with a Mental
Health Diagnosis (ie: Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective
Personality Disorder) and under the age of 65.
After careful consideration of your individual needs we will pair you with one of our most suitable FCS Support Team. In a safe & caring space you can work together to help reach your own personal goals and live life to the fullest.

We assist our clients providing Counselling which is described by the NDIS as facilitating self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth and the optimal development of personal resources on a one-to-one basis.
Supporting You and Your Family
We maintain regular contact with clients and their family members (if needed) and liaise with different services, depending on the client needs.
Depending on the complexity of the case, we adapt the type of therapy and
embrace the benefits of multidisciplinary care.
