Day Program

Our Day Program helps our clients achieve their aspirations and personal goals. We offer a wide range of social, domestic, and educational groups, designed to develop skills and promote self-confidence.

On the Central Coast, we provide support to families who have a child or adult with a disability. We support those with intellectual disability, dementia, acquired brain injury, fetal alcohol syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, vision impairment and physical disability.

Shimmy Shimmy

Dance classes, singing & drama activities, culminating in performances twice yearly.

Cooking

Prepare, cook food, then enjoy your creation. Create your favourite dish! We also package & distribute food for the needy in our local community through Berkeley Vale Neighbourhood Centre.

Cafe Training

Learn how to take orders from a ‘Mock Customer’, prepare & serve food. Then enjoy eating the food with the ‘Customer’. Cook, Waiter, Kitchen hand & Table Busser all in one!

Music Therapy

Experience drumming on BOSU balls with drumsticks or enjoy the guitar, keyboard and violin.

Photography, Art & Craft

Enjoy photography, painting, drawing, sculpting & a huge variety of craft projects in a fun filled group of budding artists.

Wellness Activites

Walking, Meditation,Tai Chi & Swimming.

Gardening

Experience growing your own fruit and veggies and cooking them.

Outings

Have a BBQ by the lake, go to the Beach or Zoo. Enjoy games in the Park, Ten Pin Bowling, Movies & Golf.

Incursions

Trips to: The Walkabout Park, Petting Zoo, Fire Brigade, Police & Ambulance, Multicultural Dance groups.
